Murphy's Law

Am I tempting fate by wanting to publish under the last name Murphy?

Nah. Besides, everyone knows we Murphy's are evil ;)
So, what are some of your favourite Murphy's Laws?
*I wanted to post a different picture that has tons of my favourites, but it was too small to see.*

For obvious reasons, I feel ya on this. Don't even get me started.

My favorite Murphy's law is sitting on the couch next to me. *shakes head* I still can't believe I married into this...

"The other queue (line) always moves faster" definitely applies to me. I know how to pick 'em.

My favourite one is: the longer you wait before replacing a lost object, the sooner it will turn up after you have replaced it.

Every freakin' time. . .

PS Don't worry about your name. Murphy is the most common surname in Ireland and they can't all be doomed!

LOL, I had a Murphy's Law calendar when I was in college. Some of that stuff was a hoot. I wish I could remember all my favorite corollaries, but they're gone. Maybe there's a law about forgetting things - when you most want to remember them. ;o)

Haha! Murphy's Law applies to me all the time. The one day I don't have an umbrella, it pours. Or the line at the grocery store I choose is always the longest one. Or the one thing I need to buy is the first thing the store runs out of.

Amber- Lol, hate to tell ya but you SO do not feel me =P You married in to the Murphy clan, you were not born and raised a Murphy ;)

Summer- OMG I know, me too. *sighs*

Ellen- Yep, so true. Haha no, I know. There's a lot of Murphy's out there. (We're going to take over the world one day, just you wait...)

B.E.- LOL! Yes, I'm sure there is.

Julie- So true! It could be bright and sunny, but the second you leave the house without your winter coat, that's when it's going to snow-- okay, maybe that's just because I live in Canada??

Hey - I resemble that comment! Sorry I doomed you with such a name - Well, only a little sorry because what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger! Love you, Mumsie
